Creative Walks to Wiltshire's White Horses.

A team led by Ali Pretty and Richard White braved wind and rain to walk the Westbury White Horse at the weekend. This was the first in a series of Creative Walks, part of the Walking Wiltshires White Horses project. The plan is to collect sounds, images and comments for inclusion in an artwork to be exhibited at the Wiltshire Museum in Devizes in August. Digital media produced from this will also be used in an app for the White Horse Trail.

Creative Walks Begin

A series of short Creative Walks, part of the Walking Wiltshires White Horses initiative gets underway on Saturday 16 June. The project brings together the ancient communication skills of walking and talking with the modern technology of social media and the web.
